I have recently been working through minis for the Warmaster trial armies book.

This week I have been working on Chaos Dwarves.

The models are from Eureka’s fabulous range, check them out.

The detail on these models is outstanding.

Just need to paint a sorcerer, a couple of heroes, a sorceror on a lammasu and a unit of chaos dwarves to be done.

I am going to use botfa goblins as hobgoblins.

Please remember these are 10mm not 28mm!

You could also use the Man o War Great Taurus as your Lord/Hero.

As for the man of war great taurus I think they may cost a little more than £6 (GBP) :wink:

As for the lizard like appearance I believe it is to protect the designer from IP infringement claims.
Even though the IP owner do not make 10mm Chaos dwarves :hashut

I could take some pics of them beside a blunderbuss or something. I think man o war is 12mm though, not 10mm.

I was under the impression that man-o-war was an even smaller scale, as epic was supposedly more like a heroric 6mm, and those guys are too big to man a man-o-war ship on a respective scale.

Come to think of it… i wonder how those do compare with the man-o-war Great Taurus and rider… hmmm… well if nothing else its a reason to get interested in warmaster again… its going to be a fun army to make…

Yay more on the list of to be accomplished, whohoooo!!!

They look a little on the small side.

The taurus I painted just fits on a 20 x 40 mm base.

Please note that these rules are still in closed test and will hopefully be released this month for community review.

Just waiting on me to paint up some of the units :slight_smile: and tweaking the layout a little.

My friend has made a really cool death rocket so I will be painting that and the chaos dwarf warriors when they arrive.
Off to paint 10mm wood elves :stuck_out_tongue:
