Filipicusius:

A Lord on a balrog? BRILLIANT!!!

clam:

What a wonderful army you got there and a Juggernaut :hat!

It’s so nice to see so many classic, rare and OOP models collected and all painted to a beautiful standard :hat off

Btw: Lovely to see those (overlooked) Grenadier model used

But I can’t place the guy right to the converted Grenadier standard bearer - what is he? A Grenadier too? (in this picture)

GRNDL:

The Hobgoblin wolfpack kinda look like very old Nic Lund Orcs, are they? Talk about a blast from the past!! A very impressive army!!

This_Is_My_Boomstick!!:

OOO nice stuff, mmm 3rd edition models

Nice Rugluds Armoured Orc models - always loved those models

Xander:

An awesome collection! Well done!

furrie:

I love your taurus idea, I might need to send a slave to steal :stuck_out_tongue:

Willmark:

Old school awesomness! Great job with the classic orcs as well as the classic Rugluds.

Obsidian:

Great collection you got there mate, luv the Grenadier Giant and the Boar Centaurs!

Clam asked exactly the same question I wanted to ask, which model/brand is it?

Zanko:

Hello folks!

I´m happy that you like my “Slavehunters”!!!

The Mini beside the Grenadier ones is from “Cronopia” Miniatures.

It´s a member of the “Blood Bone Legion”.

The Cronopia Minis are sold by Ral Partha Europe - this should be the right link …

Baggronor:

Nice

I really like the old models too, boar centaurs ftw

Ishkur Cinderhat:

Oh my gawd… some of these minis have got to be like 5,000 years old! :o I’m in awe. And the goblin giant is a really unique centrepiece.

Swissdictator:

Very cool Zanko, as it’s been said it’s really nice to see so many classic figures. Even as a Mad Hatter, I’m jealous.

I also love the idea of the lord on Balrog.

How many points is it?

Zanko:

My last game was several years ago. At that time I used the normal rules and points for the “normal” great Taurus.

                         :hashut

Swissdictator:

My bad, I meant how many points is the army?

You could use the Bazookas as Blunderbuss…

How long have you been collecting these?

Sojourn:

wowza Zanko! those look great. I love the subtle splash of colour on some key figures, and the standard bearer with the lava and scimitar shaped blade on top looks phenomenal.

how long did this all take you?

Grimstonefire:

Some of those orcs look like 2nd edition?!?!  Damn that is one ancient collection you’ve got there.  It would be worth a small fortune.

Very nice though, I like the slave giant, where is it from?

I'm collecting the CD since the middle of the 80´s, at first they were part of my "ordinary" Dwarfs. After getting the Juggernaut at the end of the 90´s I´ve collecting them as an army of there own.

The points ... I don´t know, but some years ago I played with them. I believe that were about 3000 Points.

When I finished the next minis I will make a complete armylist for them.

I bought the Giant at the end of the 80's. It´s a Grenadier Model, I don't know who designed this giant, but I know where nowadays you can buy him!

This is the link to Mirliton Models in Italy, they have the rights of the old Grenadier models.

In the future perhaps I will buy a second one and convert him a bit ...
