I would dump the death rockets and earthshaker, I find them way to inacurate, bolt throwers are much more reliable and you can have lots for 30p each and 2 per special!
Put the mages up to L2 to give them more punch in the magic phase and get some big blocks of hobgoblins to get in the way of the enemy, there lives are cheap.
Also putting a lord on a flying creature can be handy.

Nice solid list, I’d drop the DRs to get lvl 2 Sorcerers and some Hobgoblins slave units to 'protect’your blunderbusses. Flank charges, even those of lowly Hobbo’s, make enemies think twice before they charge your precious, shrapnel-throwing stunties.
