Anyone thought of taking 2 sorcerer prophets?
Something like this?
+ Lords + (600pts)
* Sorcerer-Prophet (310pts)
Lore of Hashut, Talisman of Preservation, Wizard Level 3
* Sorcerer-Prophet (290pts)
Dispel Scroll, Lore of Hashut, Wizard Level 3
A bit pricey… But you get more Hashut spells, 2 Darkforged weapons…

It a point starved CD list, we need more boots on the ground, and i def don’t think two sorcerer lords would get the benifit from a meddling lore. (especially without access to loremaster and thus the ability to double up on the nasty spells.

I think it can be viable but I’d rather have one of them lore of death.
One of the primary purposes of taking an extra mage is to bring an extra arcane item which your example doesn’t do. And one of your wizards is very vulnerable without any Ward Save of any kind. In a larger game perhaps two Sorcerer-Prophets with gear is viable but the example you gave is rubbish.
Yeah, I mainly play 2400 point games;
So I’m limited to 600 points.
One of these guys must be the general so that’s why he has the ward save.
But you’re right, this would be a better idea for bigger games.
