I know that this is a CD forum, of course, but I need to know what the improved comms upgrade does in 40k. in imp.armour 5 it says: ‘the reserve roll may be rolled using the Improved Comms upgrade’ forthe renegades and heretics list.

any help would be highly appreciated. thanks!:cheers

I think it’s from Codex: Imperial Guard. You should probably make sure you have that since the Renegades list uses it as a basis.
