I presume you're talking about the Forge World Mammoth model here. Certainly sounds interesting, especially what you could do with the howdah, but is it the correct base size for a Iron Daemon? Granted, the Legion of Azorgh doesn't have any mandated base sizes, but I do believe it's something to take into consideration.

The mammoth is too large to fit an arachnarok base (which FW says should be the minimum size used), not to mention that you could buy almost 4 skullcrackers for the price of one mammoth...
I have the Mammoth. It CAN fit on the arachnarok base, but just barely. You have feet overhanging.

I have one here as well, But because it has overhanging feet, I feel that the base looks weirdly out of proportion and thus unfitting for it's quite massive size...
