As it says are they? They are described as being daemons ( which are magical) for things that have negative effects against daemons, but it doesn’t state anything else
My personal feeling is that they SHOULD be, but as per the rules they aren’t
RAW is the only thing that matters. They count as demons for the purposes of spells and other damage-y things. I see no mention of them having magical attacks.
Sadly no. They get treated as Daemons for Lore of Light etc, but no magical attacks :~

Agreed it didn't realize this until I had an opponent run a single spirit host (something we will have to watch out for) at my destroyer, I had to waste a casting of Flames of Azgorh just to get rid of it so it didn't spend the whole game tying up my destroyer.
