Can’t think of any specific models at the moment, but I think any wood elf hooded mini would do with a little conversion. Another cool option would be to build it in 3d cad and “print” it out on a 3d printer. I’ve been experimenting with that concept and it is pretty easy once you get the hang of any cad program

3D Printers cost more money than you can think about. Unless you plan of course to make a ton of models.
700bucks is least I saw, upwards of 3k on the high end.

You don’t have to buy one! Just pay for one print of your design, I 3d print my architectural projects all the time. Of course once you print it out you can easily make a mold and cast as many as you want yourself

Only in Bulgaria, but I am sure if you snoop around you will find a place near you! 3d printing is relatively new technology but you’d be surprised how many companies offer it.

Actually now that I think about it in your case it should be fairly easy to obtain a very detailed, and skinned 3d model of Altair
