Just wondering, but has anyone that’s used this site had problems? For example, two days after my goods were supposed to have arrived (latest), I got a letter saying that I had to pay �9.50 to customs (�1 of which was FOR customs, not BWB). It IS a good site though.

It IS a good site though.Customs can sometimes do that to you, it happens rarely but it can really be a blow. I take it you live outside the U.S. (presumably BWB is located in the U.S.). I know that when a guy from my club ordered some knee pads from the states he got stung by customs and had to pay 21% VAT.
A way around it is to send your package to family/friends within that country and get them to send it to you.

I have ordered from here with no issue, and I live in Canada. My package arrived in 2 weeks from the day I ordered.

Yeah, but I live in England and the postal service here is infamous.

I had a bad experience.
My package went ‘missing’ - when I called them they gave me a tracking number that according to Us post and Canada post didnt exist.
They would refund me either.
Finally with a threat of a lawsuit and making them a blacklist on every site I visit they sent my order.
My initial order was in november - I recieved the package finally toward the end of January.

Those Screaming Masks are great for Bolt Throwers but I’ve seen them on Ogres and they don’t quite fit.

I've seen them on Ogres and they don't quite fit.Not true! I've seen ogre conversions with these and they look awesome. It's probablly just the individual conversion

I had no problems withordering stuff from BW. It took a while for the stuff to get here (England), but there was no customs charge or anything like that. Maybe I’m just lucky.
