You should use them as the basis for a Battlefleet Gothic fleet.

Does Battlefleet Gothic has some sort of ship construction system?
I’m just so attached to the Full Thrust rules since they’re so well designed, and that I grew up with them, that it’s hard for me to leave it. Plus it’s very easy to learn, yet still is detailed. Plus the points system applies to everyone making it easier to have a fairly balanced game.

BFG has a fan-made construction system which is very nice. It’s also one of the few systems to deal with ordinance properly.
I do love FT though, especially 2.5.
