This is mostly aimed at those that actually have a Black Reach Ork warboss, namely, do you think that he can be made into a workable Black Orc boss, and if so what parts should I be buying?
I’m not sure how big he is, exactly, would I need Ogre arm bitz to replace his bioniks?
Also, can the Black Reach warboss be made to fit and rank up on a 25mm square base?

Ogre arms would probably work sizewise. Plastic Orc Warboss arms might be the answer, I think Ogre arms are too “chunky” to be on an Orc.
Ranking most likely will be an issue. You’d also need some major work on the back with the shotgunharness.
The wee Ork on the right is a Dok made from mostly fantasy bits. Fit is iffy.

Other than that, I consider my Black Orcs and Night Goblins to be closely tied with their Dawi Zharr overlords, and as a result "steampunk" Ork teknology is actually somewhat desirable, though the Power Klaw has got to go.
