Well did they make a unit of boar centaur or just the old school tenderizer ones .Nope. Boar Centaurs appeared in only three places. The Tenderizer, The Whirlwind, and the Juggernaught to the best of my knowledge.

The main problem with them now is that their scale is off quite a bit for 7th edition Warhammer as they are smaller then the 4th/5th edition Bull Centaurs.

My main problem with Bull Centaurs is the scale, it just doesn’t work! Boar centaurs however suit the Dwarf proportions perfectly, just not too sure about their fluff, weren’t they the result of sorcerers experiments?
Having said that Boars are now alot bigger these days, can’t wait to see AGPO’s WIP Boar centaur and whirlwind, are you using modern boars?
dont actually think the boar centaur pushing the whirlwind is that good. It has a weird face that looks like it should have a cigar in the mouth. The tenderiser boar centaur is much better.Agreed!

Well did they make a unit of boar centaur or just the old school tenderizer ones .Nope, boar centaurs were beasts of burden, not particularly intellegent I’m guessing. The CDs simply harnessed theirm strength to push their war machines.

Probably would be tough to get even 5 for converting. Plus the scale is even smaller then the scale of the 4th/5th edition BCs.

Bull Centaur Options: Great Weapon, Hand Weapon, Shield, Additional Hand Weapon, Light armor, Heavy Armor.
Str 4, WS 4, T 4
Black Orc Options: Armed to da Teef(Great Weapon, Additional Choppa, Shield), Heavy Armor
Str 4, WS 4, T 4.
so the difference is the 2 attacks and the 9 ld.

I’ve been using normal orc torsos on mine since the plastic Black Orcs weren’t around when I started. Still haven’t completed the whole unit!

I had thought of blorcs for my bull centaurs but my boar centaurs are gonna be something a bit special. And Wilmark, the scale’s not gonna be small this time!

I was merely commenting on the original metal ones. If you do make them make sure they are more rough and feral looking then BCs
