You should use the vote option instead of saying it in a message
It is on top of the page.

Uhm, I thought Brush Slave was supposed to be about non-CD models? You know, so it didn’t get confused with GH??
Burske:
I didn’t see anything to that effect and went to the rules!

Participants will enter pictures of their ?~teams?T.
A “team” consists of at least 3 painted humanoid figures (incl. dreadnoughts, Iron golems, War jacks, Cyborgs, Robots etc), but more can be included if you wish.
War machines (in a broad sense)can be included in the team, but don?Tt count towards the required minimum number of team members.
The ?~team?T must follow a single, distinct theme. So you can?Tt do a Skaven ratman joined by a Space Marine and Alexander the Great.
All figures should look like appropriated gaming miniatures - but can be of any common miniature scale, genre, manufacturer etc.
Your entry should be presented in ?~group shot?T of the team.
Use of a scenic setting is allowed but NOT required ?" it?Ts the figures that count.
All miniatures have to be newly painted ?" or at least not shown on-line before (on the internet).

This was One If the harder decisions for me. Both are excellent entries.

This was One If the harder decisions for me. Both are excellent entries.Agree, may do an injustice here because I think pic quality plays a big part but i will go with the bighats. I miss a third button named "Draw".

A bit OT - but this needs a few words, I think!
Uhm, I thought Brush Slave was supposed to be about non-CD models? You know, so it didn’t get confused with GH??BS sprung out from an observation that people seemed more interested in other stuff than CDs, but Brush Slave/Brush Slave League has always been open for those miniatures you have been painting - irrespective of race, scale, genre, manufactorer etc. Idea has always been to give you a chance to present your best efforts - could be from a period where you’re not doing Chaos Dwarfs - but certainly also from one where you do

That’s not fair! My beloved 5th edition Chaos Dwarfs against new FW resins… ouch!

This is another hard one! They are both excellent mini’s! Both painters can be very proud of their work.

Two cracking entries…

I absolutely love this photo. The DOF (Depth of Field) on this photo is absolutely stunning, something I have been able to achieve with my photos. I really like it. The three front characters are a little busy for my liking, I would have preferred a couple of rank-and-file figures and only one hero/champion. The colour choices are very nice, and the uniform colour choice amongst ALL the figures, makes these guys look really nice together as a unit. Overall a great photo, but a little busy.
Big Hats of Doom
The good-old plastic Big Hats. I considered painting 3 of these for my entry into this round, I am glad I didn?Tt as these are great, and mine would have not compared to these great minis. I know how hard these minis are to paint, due to their lack of detail, and that is why I think these ones look so good, as they look very detailed. I think the addition of the shields has helped immensely. I also like the bases. Great job overall. My criticism is in the photography and lighting. I would have liked these minis to have had a better light source on them, so I could see the shields and details a little better. Overall these a really nice, but definitely needs more lighting.
