The three way… How kinky! Great work guys on this very diverse set of entries.

theforgefather:

can you vote on a poll wich you entered?

clam:

Yes you can! There is no restrictions on voting, what-so-ever!

Some find it hard to vote in their “own” match, though - so they refrain from doing so - or automatically vote for their opponent.

But let me be clear: it’s your free right to vote on whatever entry you want. Also for you own. If you think you did best, I see no problem if you vote for your own entry.

And then please dont forget that there is just a single point at stake - and polls are just here for fun and to add a little bit of a competition element to the BSL. The most important thing here is to keep on painting

Bassman:

Why three teams? O_o Anyway, goblin versus scum-marines? Goblins FTW!!!

Because we have an uneven number of participants ;)

The Blades of Kore

Ahhh?.the staple of the WH40K world. The Space Marines. I had a small Space Marine force back in the Rogue Trader days. So Space Marine miniatures have a small soft spot in my heart. The fluff on the other hand, really disturbs me [the reason has been removed to protect the minors]. These space marines look very well painted, and the colour scheme looks really nice. I like the overall photo, which shows the uniform look of the force, and then a close-up of one of the marines which helps in seeing the detail. I do like the DOF (Depth of Field) on this second photo. Overall well done. I want see more stuff from this painter.

Herd

These minis are so full of character, that you can not help buy love them. Those eyes and teeth are so hilarious. The paint job is just awesome. I must admit it is a little shinny for my liking. The big pale blue one is my favourite. Job well done. The bases are nice and uniform, and the handlers look great with their blue faces. I can?Tt find anything that I can fault in this entry. Job well done!

The Tainted Three

Nice looking miniatures. The blending on the red clock is really nice. The blue colour on each mini, really helps in tying all three model together, as does the lava bases. The blue guy, needs some sort of ?odark? wash, to show some of the details on the mini, as the details seem to get lost in the uniform colour. I like the brown beard, it really contrasts well with the blue armour. It could have used a quick dry-brush of a tan colour. Overall nice miniatures, they just need a little bit more attention to detail, to make them ?opop?. Keep them coming.

I think it is important to get feedback on your work. I am certainly no expert, but I do have an opinion. I had people comment on my entry, and I found it extremely useful.
