not in the normal rules, they were made befor the hellcannon, however i’m sure that in a friendly game you’ll be able to use it as a rare

Just go to your gaming store and you should find it. If not, then you could probably ask them to order it for ya. Or you could order it online from GW.

Doogle is both right and wrong. GW was going to cancel it in the September 07 timeframe. The had actually pulled the model from most stores. Then inexplicably they put them back out… Go figure.
