It you make it suitably chaos dwarfish it could have a sorcerer standing on it.
Or perhaps it was captured from a ruined dwarf hold and it’s now a trophy of the chaos dwarfs.

for a more mundane option use it as a base for a petrified sorcerer from Thommy’s rule book
