Ive seen "Mattbird’s " awesome CD throne. Does anyone know how it was made? Where do you get those "throne-bearers’?

To me it looks pretty much scratch build. The throne itself is from the Dark Eldar Asdrubael Vect.
I would geuss that the bearers are converted plastic goblins.
But why not just PM Mattbird and ask - he’s a real nice guy
