Warhammerman:
They remind me of the marauder style chaos dwarfs. Truly some great models. An army of them would look magnificent.
Grimstonefire:
I freely admit I have no idea who dave king is.Ā Ā Is he a big name in the miniatures world?
He would be wise not to sell them as āChaos Dwarfsā.
They certainly are⦠unusual.
A bit more like CD renegades or the tainted, but not done in a serious way (not a criticism).
Obsidian:
Nope, just somebody i found online.
tjub:
I like these alot, no hats but they sure are chaotic enough!
Thommy H:
Hm. Not a big fan of the way theyāre just kind of blobs with detail on. Know what I mean? Iād like to see some legs and arms and actual anatomy. They remind me too much of Sciborās stuff. Like, for example, the guy with the staff thing: that skull at the bottom is just perfectly placed so there didnāt have to be a gap between the base and his crotch. Thatās a warning bell for me.
Border Reiver:
The minis donāt do anything for me - they donāt fit with any of the armies I own and definitely arenāt āwow, must haveā.
That said, they are better than what I could do.
Uzkul Werit:
I do like that one Mage. Iād have to remove the tail mind.
Gar Shadowfame:
this are like upgraded to 2009 standard 80ā marauder models, i like the overall result, shame its just several models, as they wont fit to big hats, and marauder range owners are often interested in uniquity of their army.
AGPO:
Not bad, but there are a few places where the detail is not quite up to scratch. For example the tenticle hair on ne of them looks like sausages of GS have just been whacked on, with out much effort to keep it smooth or even. Very original ideas though
Willmark:
Donāt listen to Thommy Obsidian. I like um especially the one with th rat on teh staff, not crazy about the rat but I like the figure.
The Brain:
Even though I am I big hat fan I think these guys look great. They are different and not blockish like alot of other amature stuff out there. If I was doing mask CDs I would use them.
Zanko:
I really like them! I could also say amazing! :hat off
IMO itās great stuff and for me they are a āmust haveā! :cheers
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā :hashut
clam:
Thx for posting, Obsidian
Canā be that much of a surprise, but yes, I also do like them - alot. They seems to fit the original chaos dwarf line (read: true Chaos Dwarfs :)) so well.
So, for those of us who still see CDs as Chaos Allied these are perfect, and I will be following their release closely.
Henroth:
hmm⦠Too mutants for my tasteā¦
Loki:
Some good models but not to my taste, he is clearly very good with the old green stuff
Balseraph:
A bit more like CD renegades or the tainted, but not done in a serious way (not a criticism).Thats right but... minis are great :)
Sjoerdo:
I love these! they look really great!!!
The sorceror is a must have for me!
The greenstuffing is a bit messy on some points and he could work on his hands, but the posing and originalty makes up for a lot!!!
mattbird:
These are great! sign me up.
Pyro Stick:
Those are cool. My favourite is the one that has a bit of paint on it in the first pic. Ill definatley consider buying that one as a standard bearer for my MM90 unit.
