As for stealing my vision, I honestly haven't seen anything that really makes me think so. There are a few bits similar to my designs, such as the CDs with no moustaches, but none of that is so unique that another designer wouldn't go through a very similar process to me. The scale armour is all the same from 5th ed and its all based on real armour anyway; the points where mine are distinctive, I would say, are the masks and shoulder plates, and the WF ones differ on those points. I'm also very careful not to break the oval silhouette of my Dwarfs with horns or spikes, but the WF ones do this a lot with hats and shoulder armour. So I don't think I've been skanked. And anyway, my concept sketches look way cooler ;P
I would note that the painting above has cloven hoof boots, which is an idea I stole off someone else on this forum (can't remember who now) so I'm hardly innocent either ;)

Not saying I was necessarily first, but I seem to remember you being inspired by something I'd made/ drawn.
That bit of art is seriously cool, but the head is too small for GW scale dwarfs (it looks about 5.5 heads high).
