Cannot open it at my end, god knows why.
Having to use official books for work, I have only found that percentage wise they work, But some pages always get stuffed up or another codicil or addendum or prevarication comes out and the page ends up looking like a dogs dinner. bloody government departments

I just printed it and glued it in. (Such a shame to mutilate a beautifull book in this way but hey rules faq - wtf)
