Interesting concepts! Grimdark to boot. Casting runes is pretty Nordic and more of a vanilla Dwarf thing, yet Daemonic runes would still work. As for scrying, the reading of bloody intestines (or at least fire, slag, ash, smoke, molten metal or lava, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, thunder, lightning…) should always have center stage, since that was the standard soothsaying method in ancient Mesopotamia.
A clay figurine showing the intestine face of the monster Humbaba have been found, with the cuneiform instructions on the flat backside: "If the sheep intestines turn out to look like Humbaba, then this is portentuous of A and B."
Since a crone and Soothsayer would likely share the same miniature to reduce the number of different models for a not-too speedy amateur sculptor to tackle, a crone reading the spilt intestines of a sacrificial victim in a cauldron or something else would be a must.

Update, the project so far.
The plan is to practice on rounded body forms, female facial features and folded cloth on the Temple Harlot, and then proceed to the more demanding Priestess. All these are areas in which I’m weak.
