Ha Ive actually just started an entire hobgoblin force using hunter orcs and some other LOTR/Hobbit gobbos. I fell in love with them a while ago when I was searching the LOTR/Hobbit range for alternatives. I’m keeping their heads on though as I think they look meaner and nastier than the comical gnoblars. The hunter orcs are really really nice sculpts.

I think the gnoblar heads is some of the ugliest sculpts GW has ever put out. They are worse than mantics goblins. Evil grinning gretchen heads would have looked better on them.
I do believe a headswap is necessary - otherwise they’ll look to much like something from LotR.
