Hi everybody! I’m not familiar at all with swedish comp but we just decided to probably choose it for our next tournament. My club is going to organise a medium tournament in our region in april/may.
We decided that we would like to see original list so we want to force a comp between 14 and 20 with active comp system.
I will make a first game-test soon in order to see if it’s fun to play and if it works with the rests of our rules.
I just made a first list which is comp 16.5 and I would like to get your impressions & advices:
Prophet lvl 4 Hashut on Bale Taurus, Blackhammer of hashut, blood of hashut, enchanted shield, ToP and ToTS
42 Hobgobelins bows, shield, FC
28 Infernal Guards: FC, HW&S, glemming penant
6 Bull Centaurs: GW, FC, stand. of swiftness
8 kdai fireborns with man burner
1 iron deamon hellbound
1 deathstriker rocket
I think that our rare choice are too much comped and that’s why I decided to go without them. The special choice are really low on comp so I like it! My prophet is really expensive (comp-wise and in terms of points) but I really wanted to try the combat version! It is probably quite risky so I will try it soon in order to see if he’s worth it or not!
Any thoughts on the list? I would like to keep a low comp score between 16 and 18. Would the death mage on carpet be more effective & less risky?
The alternative list would be:
Prophet: lvl 4 death, enchanted shield, carpet, ToP
Tauruk: dawnstone, dragonhelm, ToTS, GW
Khan on wolf: light armour
The rest is exactely the same as before. This time i came out with comp 16.8 or could be 17.3 when I choose hashut rather than death
I think the 2nd one looks more competitive. Please give me your thoughts! :cheers
