The Empire Flaggelant Sprue has some weird bitz. When I saw that burning hat I thought of CDs. Is there a dwarf model where I can attach a head or will I have to carve of the face of an dwarf?

Headless dwarf bodies are available via the plastic 6th ed dwarf sprues. Which you can get quite cheap on ebay these days.
Ingrown:
the new plastic dwarves, not bfsp have headless bodys (until you attach the head of course)

No they dont, the head is attached to the front of the torso that you glue to the legs and back of the torso. I have glued enough of the bloody things today to know
