Looking pretty damned awesome! Especially cool that you can squeeze it onto the chariot base.
A guy at more FLGS wants to turn one into a Chaos Mammoth and you doing this shows that it should come out quite well (if he tries hard. He’s one of those ). Keep us updated on its progress though!
But I would really like to know the magic formula and technique you used to create such wonderful weathering/damage to your model, as seen the picture below.

Thank you.

It's simple, all you need is an airbrush.
1. put down a patchy coat of brown over a black basecoat
2. spray the model with hairspray
3. sprinkle table salt over it
4. allow to dry
5. paint it with the airbrush as normal
6. get a wet soft brush and remove the salt
extra
7. for the oil marks, make a wash of burnt umbra oil paint and white spirit, then just build it up.
thanks for the opinions guy il have to put some poor little flaming hobgoblin or something on the base.
@ fattdex
The hammer is the head of the dredknight hammer but with a thicker brass tube for the shaft. The loin cloth and the center part of the helmet crest are from the regular demon prince box. The big horns are from the Maw idol in the stone horn box (just cut down), and the chest plate is a stone horn shoulder guard. Then just random shields and a scratch build rocket launcher on one arm
@ aka_mythos
Kudos goes to this fine fellow for the idea
@ zanko
Il have a fiddle about and see if i can make a bigger hammer or something
Next update will be the new base of the K’daai and my new updated Taurus
My Taurus is now painted up, just need to build the Hobgoblin driver and when i get the money, order the commander box set to get a sorc-prop to magnetized as its rider.
