Look what arrived in the post today! The Skullcracker turned up! One interesting thing to note is the price tag has USD on it instead of GBP. Maybe its an odd one they found somewhere and decided fairest way to distribute it was to put it up on the website. On a side note I got a freepost sticker to return my Tamurkhan book to them, but their customer services are so dodgy I decided I would keep it, dodgy cover and all as I don’t really trust them much at the moment. It was only my second ever purchase and they screwed me on it. This is my 3rd ever purchase and If I’d been waiting 6 months for something on backorder such as Tenebre and I saw that they sold one to someone else, without notifying me first; I’d be pissed. I’ve decided to buy 3rd party and ebay where I can in future and its put me off buying from them a bit. Sorry Forgeworld!

I tried a 3rd party skullcracker rip off… WOW it sucked hard. it was so bad i didnt even bother to put it together.

Ha at least you got some interesting bitz out of it. Man I emailed their customer services so many times recently, to try and sort out the defective Tamurkhan book they sent me and also to try and figure out this Skullcracker anomaly, out of about 6 or 7 emails I only ever got a reply once in the last few weeks. Had to phone them and the guy wasn’t very helpful and all I could hear was someone laughing really loudly so that I couldn’t hear what he as saying, stood right next to him, made me a bit annoyed. They don’t treat their customers too well. GW never reply to emails either.

Normally their customer service is tip-top, but once in a while there turns up a big lapse for unknown reasons.

I made two orders last month. And wrote a couple of mails at the same time. The orders arrived in a week. The emails were answered in two weeks.

My skullcracker did ship! yay… they finally answered me
but they sent it to bluetable 
booooooooo (originally i was being sent there since it was backordered as part of the commission) FW admitted it was their mistake and said they will send me another one but they need to wait for them to be recast… again ;(
I did contact BT and he said he would send it after i threatened to call the police but has since gone silent…
I guess i am doomed to never have a skullcracker
