I haven’t touched a model for over a month - no motivation for it. I’ve been using every single free minute outside in last summer, winter is long here in Scandinavia. They could, windy, grey period starts soon.
Building tree forts, riding bikes, making camp fires.
But now there’s only 2 days until I pledged being finished with my Treeman Ancient.
That’ll get me back in the game and ready to start the GH entry as well.

I was going to scratch sculpt something as I have a really great idea. But I’ve got an alternative that doesn’t need any work except building a banner. So he’ll do.

Almost done, just a decision about how to do the base to finalise.
It is so annoying that I have only been getting tiny bits done each day the past two weeks due to long hours at work and on-call interuptions.

Good job everyone! Looking forward to see all the various entries. I’ve been drained of stamina due to a stubborn infection this week, and will be absent for work next week, but there’s a decent chance I’ll have time enough to enter with a little entry once back home… Race against time.

Did my usual, grabbed several models and started them all before making a final choice. So that I’d hopefully have a couple of standards ready to go as well.
I thought my BSB was ready but saw one thing to fix and of course ruined it. Well that has been repaired now but other minor but aesthetically important details have made themselves apparent and will have to be done.

Home again, and finally found the right model at my brother’s place. I’ll try to cobble together a simple last minute entry, which will have to make do as BSB until I get around to make a more grandiose miniature to fill that slot. Fingers crossed I won’t have to be gone away this week too.

Took some photos today and discovered 10 glaring details that needed a bit of help.
They don’t all stand out that bad to the naked eye but some do and its the photos that it gets judged by.

OK. All done and sent in.
Out of the other original ten hopefuls I have three others that made it to the painting stage before settling on “The One” to concentrate on.
So while we are waiting for the voting thread I will distract myself with finishing them instead of champing at the bit.
