Although it did help me decide I REALLY don't like their elves, too skinny and silly poses. nope, not for me.

First, you need to sign up for both the Mantic and Wayland games newsletter to get the free sprue.
Second, it’s Wayland that’s shipping them out - not Mantic themselves.
Third, Wayland didn’t start shipping them out until early April - so 10+ months is … not 100% correct 
Those that did sign up - but didn’t get one should contact Wayland Games.
Ohh, yes, I got mine - early May if I remember correctly.

You’re right about the date - my mistake. My internal clock has been really screwed up, as my wife had our second child at the end of April and it just seems like that was ten months - or a lifetime! - ago. Just FYI, having two kids is a lot more than twice as hard as having one!
I was just curious if it was something that only happened to people in Canada, as I rarely get things shipped from overseas. I know that once, it took eight weeks for a package I sent to get to California, which was bizarre.
Anyway, the people I know who signed up for it aren’t that concerned about it, and neither am I, truth be told.

I understand! Girl 3.5, boy 0.5-ish. I have about a half hour of time daily, usually late at night when I’m exhausted and have no energy. Still trying to figure out how to better manage my time to get some more creative time in.
