Hey, I did a search but couldn’t find if anyone has done this. I’d like to take the Dwarf Under Lord model from Troll Forged (and Rozmax of course!) and use that as a BSB. Has anyone converted this model and have any tips or pictures? Thanks!

Consider editing the name of the thread “BSB from TF Dwarf Underlord” or something - it’ll be easier to find is someone searches for the same answer as you - and looks better.
I didn’t now Troll Forged existed. Thanks for that - that guy is really cool. Rozmax is a very talented sculpter.
Havn’t seen that model used a BSB anywhere, but that shouldn’t stop you. So I’ll post some thoughts.
A BSB should be huge. The army standard must be seen by all the troops on the battlefield. Or put in miniature perspective: The little dwarf model mut be able so see the BSB through combat, confusion and 200 other minis at 18’’.
And his pose if not obvious for a conversion. Metal isn’t the easiest material to cut, glue and convert in.
Look at the arms, it’s not just cutting of a weapon and adding a banner.
You could add a banner to his right hand giving him a “charge!” pose. Stick him on a bigger base, for a small diorama and counterweight/balance. He would work as a small unitfiller at the same time.
… Or if you are a skilled converter no problem. Chop of an arm, redo something with green stuff.

I own one modell in resin and one in metal but I never thought of converting the model into a BSB.
It might be possible without much work but I’m not sure!
The miniature is great so just do it!

This model aviaible in both materials (metal and resin). I think it’s simple to convert him to BSB - the shield are separated part. Just to change hand a little

I bought it in resin to make it a bit easier. Knowing the shield is separate is all te better! Thanks Rozmax for creating such awesome sculpts!
