I happen to have a second hellcannon I never got round to building (supplied free from GW because the first was missing half the parts).
I was just thinking that with a suitable placing of magnets, and some careful cutting I could probably use the barrel with skulls on as a replacement part for the main boiler body section.
Thoughts?
Anyone else have ideas how to make it look magical?

it would look different, i’m not a fan of the demoniacal possessed stuff… but i’m sure you can make it look awesome with some hard graft.

Looking at it I think this would be possible if it’s permanently attached. It would require a lot of work rebuilding the points where the other parts attach, but the diameter of the hellcannon would work.
Tbh it would be simpler just sculpting some skulls on. Which I’m not going to be doing with my first one.

i’d give it a go, possibly with blue tack first to see, but I think it could look stunning!

IMO, that would be awesome. Other parts, like the bellows from the hellcannon could also be put to good use I guess. Oh, and the guy with the shovel 
for conversion purposes or something (swapping spades perhaps? ;P). Guy with pointing finger could replace shouting one aswell (if you want an alternate crew that is).
