The great thing about forgeworld is they never sell anything  with out of date rules, Death korp have had 3 army books in 10 years and all the tanks get updated every edition.

So as long as they are still sold they will have rules to sell you. Forgeworld are not known to discontinue a range.

Use Tamurkhan and say thank you :D

I didn't know this (probably because I don't play 40K), but I like how Forgeworld keep them updated and new.

Good Work Forgeworld. Maybe GW should take a good look at your business practices.

fattdex:

They discontinued Aeronautica Imperialis books and minis, to a lesser extent epic and warmaster minis (on the back of gw)

Willmark:

I’m surprised how strong a showing there is for Epic.  Never played it, but it always seemed like a cool game.

I have no evidence for this but I suspect that Epic was dropped in favour of 40K Apocalypse. I loved Epic and still have a bunch of stuff including two full armies but it?Ts so hard to find an opponent. The coolness did however depend on the version some were awesome others (IMO) sucked.

Back on topic I?Td suggest that the army list in Tamurkahn will get updated in line with the new version of WFB when it comes out provided that the miniatures are still selling. If the rumours are true and WFB is getting updated next year I?Td say we?Tre safe for at least the foreseeable future as I don?Tt think they?Tll get pulled in the next 18 months.

Cheers

They dropped those mini's very recently ( last website revision ) But those games were dead almost a decade before.

As for Aeronautica Imperialis, Wasn't that just a mini game with epic and bfg models? It never made sense to me.

Also were forgetting how much FW put into BFG i havn't seen anyone play that game for 15 years and they still supported it with new releases up until last year.
