Looks very good imo. I am not a fan of the head though, it would be perfect with a hobbo head. Admirals head sculpts would be perfect;)

Kitbashing talent detected. Great conversion! It looks like a Gnoblar warlord and would have been perfect in a Gnoblar Hordes army, but it will work well as a Hobgoblin Khan, too.
