On the other hand, the future Chaos Warriors Army Book is rumoured to have some options for cultists and so on (20mm bases, probably) that might have some options to make them more Dwarfy or Hobgoblin-like.

If true then that would make them a better count as option, allthough they would have a very un-dwarflike movement rate...

There would be a problem with bases. Everyone in WoC is on a 2.5x2.5 cm base. you couldn’t plase a small dwarf or a gobbo on that base - it would just look silly.

And how about sorcerer on a chaos steed? A CD hero or lord would just be a bullcentaur, but a sorceror… I don’t think that a bullcentaur could cast something.

Tamir, you’d simply have to avoid that. I once thought of the idea of a Sorcerer-Bull Centaur and I think it’d be a cool special character, but I don’t think it can happen under normal circumstances.
