TLTG:
I’m a little bit confused, but here’s how I think it could be improved:
The champs in the hobgoblin units seem out of place. If you dropped them you could take another entire unit of them. Seems worth it.
Great weapon dwarves seem a little inefficient. They’re not very survivable, and even at S5 you won’t average many kills. You’re probably going to hit 3-4 times, wound 3ish times, and kill two dudes. Much less if you’re trying to pick on something survivable like plaguebearers or bretonnian knights. And seeing as you’ll never get the charge with charge range of 6" (aside from clever misdirecting tricks with the hobgoblins) you’ll always be striking last and enduring whatever beatdown the chargers inflict on you.
Full command in a blunderbuss unit seems a little out of place. How do you plan on deploying this unit? A wide frontage can be really helpful for expanding the kill zone on those blunderbusses. Five wide seems like it should be a lot, but because dwarves are on 20mil bases instead of 25, it’s a much narrower corridor than it seems like it should be.
8 bolt throwers, while tactically sound and effective, will also not earn you any friends. If there are comp scores or you’re playing casually you’ll want to scale this back quite a bit.
Also you have more dispell scrolls than you would ever need. You’ve got 5 dispell dice from your wizards already, and most armies (outside of say, Vampire Counts or Tzeentch Demons) will have a tough time getting anything relevant through two scrolls and five dispell dice. I would cut a bunch of the scrolls, take a power stone or two to cast those big business spells if you roll high on your lore, and I would definitely take one with lore of fire. Nurgle demons are super popular right now, and I think you’ll find having someone who can burninate that sort of thing super handy.
Lastly, your points total seems odd. Too big for a 2000 point game, but too small for the 2250 tournament scene. Is this what you own, or are you intending on playing this exact list?

I too am confused by your list - is it based around what you currently have and you don’t want to change that or is this what you are aspiring too?
If you let us know that and also what style of playing you prefer - i.e. sitting back and shooting or taking it to the enemy then everyone will be able to provide you with much more meaningful advice.
Cheers

My playing style is brute force, simply that. I have dispel scrolls because i always seem to get nailed by magic. (Latley, my friends have been using Chaos Wizards, and lore of Nurgle is a bitch!)
Most ppl tend to go for the most threatening unit. In this case, my Lord + Blunderbuss’s. So when they get near, im able to easily flank them. (They try to ignore the warriors, and go for the Great Taurus.)
The 8 BT’s, that’s how i win. Theres no way they can stand a chance when even two of them get on a hill! Im not looking to make friends, with these =P
Dont know why i added hobbo champions.
For my blunderbuss’s, i spread them out into 10X2 rows. (This way, the front row can attack twice.)
Clearley, shadow and death lores are to make my GW’s cause fear, and terror. This is BRUTAL with my BC’s.
There you go =)
Any other questions?
