So I just ordered this, http://www.princeaugust.ie/target_games/tg20518.html for a destroyer model for my army. I’m not sure as yet whether I’ll sculpt extra flames to it or just leave it as is. I’m unsure about whether the size will be okay but if it isn’t I’ll be happy anyway as it’s a cool miniature. Cheap too at 10 Euros at the moment, and then, as I live outside the EU I take of the VAT, GST, (whatever you call it in your own country) So I think he worked out at about 8 Euro.
I also bought a load of Dark legion troops just because they looked cool. Nothing to do with CD’s at all.

I'm a little unsure of their system. I don't know if its OOP and they are selling off old stock or if they are still producing it. Things like the Bahaus Vulkan suits aren't available to buy and they go for mega-bucks on Ebay. I made the plunge and bought some stuff because I saw a really good paint job on a Praetorian stalker for the Dark Legion. They make some good dwarf miniatures that would suit the 1980's style Chaos Dwarf minis from what I can see on the website

It is nice, I got one of evil bay for 12.00EU that turned up last week and I was surprised how big it is. N pics but on a plastic CD warrior’s hat the tip of the spike is at shoulder high or more precise where the horn starts on its face.
didn’t have a clue how big it was or what it was for or where from at all. only got it because I’d already won a vintage Yuan Ti , so thats for telling me (albeit inadvertantly) what it is
did a quick measurement this am. across its front feet it is about 60mm and from the front of its feet to the end of its tail it is 120mm. The head doesn’t hang out in front of the feet much at all.
when I got mine I thought it had been kit-bashed together, as the front half is metal and the rear (body) is resin and looked kinda different in quality or detail
I hate resin… got the Soulflayer from the same miniature line and it’s full metal.
Still, i very much like the chronopia and warzone miniatures a lot. I thin i have about 60 metal minitaures (various) and 160 plastic from the old starter set…nice, very very nice!
