I decided to base my destroyer on the Stonehorn as I’m a big fan of the model, it was that or the Slaughterbrute but I decided on this one. I also didn’t want to change too much I’m just going to paint it to make it look like fire instead of fur, I’m not experienced with green stuff enough to create flames all over the body. But what I did want to do was hide the saddle, so I gave it spikes down the back.

The Stonehorn makes a great Destroyer imo. You can use it right out of the box, or do minor og major conversions with it and it looks cool. Its all about the painting imo. Your upgrades looks nice

The stonehorn is a great model for a destroyer and the large horn piece is a great bit. I’m looking forward to seeing how this will turn out in the end.

Here it is from another angle at it’s current state, I’ve done some more yellow inside the mouth and done the eyes. To be honest I don’t have time to do much with models these days beyond getting them to a basic tabletop standard as we have a baby and most of the free time I do get outside work I spend gaming. I might start up a blog thanks for the suggestion.
