Its not a demonic machine for obvious reasons if sculptor went for infernal engine he should google it and see web images.
If its CD made statue of bull god, then it should look like a stylised taurus made out of metal with flames bursting through as he melts.
But it looks like a crippled demon on wheelchair.

I actually think it’s cool, but not really what I imagined when the Destroyer comes to mind. I mean if FW released this model as some kind of golem type creature I totally would dig it, but I don’t really see this as a K’Daai. It’s nowhere near the fiery dwarf models the other K’Daai resemble, and now it’s more of some kind of weird giant mechanical beast, not so much a fiery bound daemon in a metal skeleton.
Either way I like it, just not as much as let’s say the LOTR Balrog which is what I will most likely use.
Wonder what the price will be?

Well having seen it up close and had a good long chat with Steve I like it and will be getting one when it get released.
There is still quite a long way to go and this is one model where he is not working to art work, sketch or design and is effectively making it up as he goes along. he did say he is very aware of this website and does take a lot of inspiration from the stuff he sees on here and finds that our community energises him to do things like the Destroyer in his free time.
I personally like the face and appreciate the optional helmet designs so if we to get multiple models they wouldn’t be identical this is also a reason for the proposed posability.
Anyway onto the promised pictures.

Face Shot I particularly like the friezes on the horns.
shot of the underside again work in progress but is an indicator of where the ribs will go. Steve did say the instructions would have sub-assemblies indicated for ease of painting.

I do like it and depending upon the price (hoping 45-50GBP range) I’ll pick one up, but something tells me FW will really jack up the price on this one to put it in the ridiculous range.
So all and all, I’m a fan and hope to field one once available.

That is one weird model. I really don’t know what to say about it.
The hooves-into-hands aspect is interesting. The tiny dwarf on the ‘horn’ is a very nice touch. Most of the bits are good, but as a whole it looks plain odd.

Thoroughly disappointed. I personally LOVE forgeworld CDs, but this monstrosity should never see mass production. EPIC FAIL!!! The most awaited model screwed up big time.
