Not only have they produced a brilliant looking book with beautiful artwork, interesting fluff and a CD army list but their customer service remains good.
After returning from GDUK I was looking through my purchases and realised that I had a few problems; 1) My deathshrieker was missing its foot crewman with telescope. 2) My Space Marine boarding captain had a broken tabard which would have been a bugger to fix and 3) the moulding was all squiffy on my mk 6 running legs. I called FW this afternoon and they are sending out all my replacement parts. Result :cheers
