Found some sneak peaks of the new Mantic Abyssals (scroll down):

They’re nothing spectacular, but still look fairly good in my opinion (and their daemonettes beat the current GW ones if you ask me ).

I also think their Lesser Abyssals (the other two units in the pics) could make for a good basis for hobgoblin conversions (well, the non-fireball-throwing ones at least :P). Cutting off the horns and boney protrusions and painting them green should be good enough and for those of us who like sculpting, adding ragged shirts and/or scale armour should be no problem

Pretty cool stuff! I actually had a chance to play Kings of War recently using my CDs, it was a lot of fun, I loved the fast pace of the game, and it still felt very much like warhammer.
