The ‘unoffical’ chaos dwarf Kludge from the Up The Wall Crew
It’s not like it’s super valuable on it’s own but it doesn’t crop up that often, especially in NZ, so I’m a happy little chaos stuntie

Bought him myself some months ago - he’s such a great little stunty 
And after holding him in my hands I still can’t figure out what that tool is surpose to be - but I’ve convinced it must be some kind of plumbing device.
I did post this: https://discourse.chaos-dwarfs.com/t/9110 - last year and if you look at the painted gang, you’ll be able to get a good view at ‘the tool’ for your own judgement.

Since they’re kind of based on the real-world Hole in the Wall gang it may be intended for use in burglaries or somesuch, although I suspect it is mostly just for humour value.
