Really nice Hobgoblin conversions! Both hat versions work. I think you’d like to instamould the goblin feet to save bitz hunting hassle.
However, if the cast heads don’t shrink markedly when cooling in the mould, I doubt mine and Bloodbeard’s heads will fit on the Fireforge Models without some bulking-up work around the shoulders. We’ll see.

These are really good kit bashed conversions…I love them!
Good idea to hunch their backs over, and the added bare feet bits is a really nice way to keep the theme of the original GW hobbo’s sculpts. I like the Night Goblin heads you’ve used…you may also want to try out some 40K Gretchin/Grot heads, they have more interesting facial expressions I think, mix them up for variety if you want.
