Hi guys and girls!

Just a quick question on movement.

The rule book says I can move my units up to their max movement. Therefore, if my movement is 4", I can move 1",2", 3" or 4", but not beyond. This part I easily understand.

When it comes to marching though, it’s double the base movement, which in this case is 8" (4"x2).

My quick question is this : Can I march up to the 8", or does it HAVE to be maxed to the 8" limit without exception?

For example, can I march up to 5" with a standard 4 movement unit, or am I forced to march the full 8" reguardless?

You can always move less than the maximum, but if it goes over 4" (or whatever the M value is), then it’s a march move.

Kool! ThanX for the clarification Thommy! I think I may have found a way to play within the movement chart. Hopefully it will allow me to charge with my Dwarfs.
