It certainly is a lot of colours! I like the top half a lot, leading into the metal trunk, but if I were to level a criticism I would say that I think the bottom half is too busy. It might just be the perspective of the photograph, but the angle of the lower body looks off, like it could not support the weight of the upper.

I’m not so sure about the paint job. It seems you just drybrushed the colours onto black primer. There are way too many black spots left where they don’t belong. And you should definitely put something on the base. The conversion is quite cool, though.
