I ran across this particular miniature before but lost the link and can’t remember the company(I think its a Spanish company)…but its a giant bull with clawed hands at the front for feet, and it comes with a dismounted knight/warrior?(I also think its a resin model)…I’ve seen the particular miniature here on this site but can’t seem to find the thread.

It’s not as big as one thinks - you may just be able to fit it on a 40x40 base. I made it into a flying doombull, like so:
