Well the note with it mentions designer Keith Robertson, who looking at the website has done the dreadquake and chaos giant. His page on the FW website mentions he’s just finished a “unique” chaos creature.
Taurus. While the arrow doesn’t necessarily seem related to Chaos Dwarfs, the arrow or runes/glyphs that are arrow-like are common in a lot of fantasy dwarf depictions. A very similar arrow is on the DQM slave ogre’s wrist shackle. Although that may be related to the fact that it’s the same sculptor I still think it’s unlikely to be an entirely different thing unrelated to Chaos Dwarfs.
Vesica piscis? ;P when you dont look that closely it could resemble that IMHO.

something about it screams like taurus, but i cant see which part of it and the arrow is in interestingly very simple executed… i wonder if its the part of the main body where the wings are supposed to be attached, and the arrow the indicator in which direction…
My first thought what that it was going to be a Kdai but after seeing other guesses im not so sure now. Anyway, im not going to be interested if its not a chaos dwarf model.

No, it's not like a real vesica piscis, but it could resemble what a vesica piscis normally resembles in christian religiius things, if you know what I mean. If it was not an arrow, but just a line, hell I'd say it was something slaanesh.
And now that you say it, yeah I can imagine it being a cheese sandwich, thiugh quite abstract.
There’s nowhere on any of the images of the Bale Taurus or that new skaven thing that resembles the cracked surface in the sneak peak image, or the arrow. The mystery deepens
