The do not have the Legion of Azgorh allegiance, so if you choose them Infernal Guards can´t be Battleline, and you can´t have yourself a Chaos Dwarf army.

Also, they included the unridden Lammasu but not the Taurus? Wiiiiieeeeerd. And where the hell are the Destroyers, the Blunderbusses, and Lammasu & Taurus riding Lords? Goddamit Forgeworld! The only thing they have to do is release a FAQ saying "Hellcannons and Grots taken in this army lose the DESTRUCTION, DUARDIN, and SLAVES TO DARKNESS keywords, but gain the CHAOS, LEGION OF AZGORH and ZHARR GOROTH ones".
That being said, the warscroll builder is awesome! I had so much fun putting together a 2000 points list, naming the units and stuff! Well done GW!!!!!!

Look again. If you add wolf riders to your list they count towards battle line. Taking the hellcannon or greenskin options does not negate the battle line status from your Infernal guard. It's clear FW always intended for you to just substitute hobgoblins with goblins in AoS. It was just GW introducing the battleline rule to try to add some balance to the AoS free love party that made things wonky.
I agree FW could make things clearer with a simple change to the Battle Scrolls. The new Generals Compendium is on the way so maybe that will clear things up.

Clear things up? Hell no. I am a Chaos Dwarf fan. I am greedy 
mad:mad! I want clearer rules, and I want Hobgoblins, Destroyers, Bolt Throwers, Lords on Great Taurus, Prophets on Lammasu, Ironjawz slaves, Immortals, Blunderbusses.
It will never happen and I know it, but hey, one can only hope right

Legion of Azgorh has been in their app and the Azyr army builder section since day one, but I’m pretty sure the hobbo stuff is new to this.
Sadly, I don’t think them being available here overrides the limitations on the warscrolls themselves. Probably just a hangover of it being a fan-made utility.

As previously mentioned, this builder is just a port of the fan-made one. Nothing has changed - whoever put it together decided to put in all the hobgoblin stuff (and did it incorrectly - technically that builder has the Gutbuster grots, should be Gitmob). Additionally, the Hobgob stuff doesn’t appear in the AoS app, under the LoA army list or when you’re making an LoA faction army in the Azyr army builder.
Likely, unfortunately, a simple oversight.
