From what I remember of it it was released as a normal Dwarf but actually has a Chaos Symbol on it. Which means that it may have been a Chaos Dwarf which was mistakenly released as a normal Dwarf or it may just actually be a normal Dwarf which for some bizarre reason has a Chaos Symbol on it.

There is the Runepriest from the older Anvil of Doom who has a Chaos Star on the front and back of his hammer
Thanks Xander.
I realise it most likely just symbolises the winds of magic rather than an innate desire to enslave the world, but it does mean that he could make a passable Chaos Dwarf (which is good, since I'm running out of non-big hat figures to bulk out my units with).
