What is EST - is that New York time or Los Angeles? Is it UTC-5 ?? Why not just give us a UK and an American deadline?
After 7 weeks I really don’t want to be late - but still have quite a few things to do - so, when is deadline (GMT time zone) for a stupid guy like me? Deadline: 1. March 2009 05:00 am GMT??

EST is Eastern Standard Time which is used on the Eastern Coast of America, so places like Halifax, New York, Newfoundland, etc.
