I saw this elsewhere a while ago. It does indeed transform (it uses hinges and ball joints and stuff) and might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

As much of beauty as it is, I feel the head needs to be a wee bit more crude for the ultimate orky flavour, but oterwise is damned well done! The advntage being, they can choose what to use it as!
