I'd just go with regular Orc/k weapons. They should be readily available e.g. as bitz.
That was a good link. I immediately saw some stuff for my Ork Desert Korps project. Those cap headed Orks will eb gold for me.

I think a combination of the Black Scorpion, the other body / head pirate orcs, and regular orc boyz are the way to go. I wish someone would do cabin grotz! The Black Scorpion gobbos are great…for captains. There are only 2 for crew.
I’m converting some Pirates of the Caribbean ships right now for an orc crew. I’m also going to scratch build some ramshackle orc ships.

That model has a seperate right arm (the gun arm i think)
These models all have seperate heads and the middle figure's swords arms are seperate as well.
